When I went home to Pinas with my Uncle Romulo Ceralde from the LA area May to Jun 2010 we met quite a few of his Pangasinan Brotherhood brothers from California who are now serving in elected positions in Pangasinan.
I wish you good luck in serving the people of Pangasinan as most of these wonderful goal oriented people I met. I hope you could be like the president of Brazil who had turn around that country in his term of office. I even look at his accomplishment in spite of his educational level as fourth grade only. Wow! Brazil is now first world country.
Christopher de Leon on the other hand I think could not run for any political office in the Philippines since he is a natural born US (derived) citizen and not naturalized.
