Mr. Rayos, regarding the Supreme Court decision on the Visconde case. The case is over. There can be never be a retrial of Hubert Webb. A retrial of Mr. Webb would be a violation of his constitutional right against protection from double jeopardy.

Had Judge Amalia Tolentino not been so biased and allowed ALL the evidence to be presented, there would have been no controversy. As it is the only retrial that Mr. Hill will ever face is that of public opinion.
