Bani has the cleanest coastal waters? With several incidences of major fishkills, the Search Committee and the EVALUATION COMMITTEE must be joking.

Of course if the criteria do not include or weigh to the incidences of fishkills, then I can understand how they arrived at their decision.

Or maybe they prefer to mix politics with environmental protection in their decision just like one poster I know.
