Judge Amalia Tolentino cannot prevent the defense into presenting alibis. Hindi lang niya ito binigyan ng halaga.

They should have tested the DNA sample which is still available at that 
time. Judges give more credence to a direct testimony if you see and hear what happened (witness) by Jessica Alfaro. Some are even convicted by circumstantial evidence if they could prove motive, your means, that you committed a crime.

Diyan makikita ang magaling na abogado. Kayang baluktutin ang tuwid at kayang ituwid ang baluktot at naniniwala naman mga taong baluktot ang isip.

Magulo ba o hindi ang pagkasabi ko??
