Where is the doubt? According to the U.S. State Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation their investigations showed that Mr. Webb was in the USA. This evidence was not allowed to be introduced for the defendant by a biased trial judge. I guess the learned judge who presided on the case believed that Mr. Webb could rape and murder in the Philippines while being 7,000 miles away in the USA.
