Are all the Filipinos abroad who are voters in their adopted country funny?

Next time, write something that makes sense and will help educate the youth and the public. Your reasons for voting those that you know only is not part of the true meaning of democracy. You are part of the biggest problems of the Philippines. You claim to be a journalist and your advocacy is stupidity.
