RE; Why are the fishponds there?

The reason is very glaring. DARAB 
is sleeping on its job.

Bakit kaya?
 Ano pa di tinapalan ng limpak-limpak na salapi. Local politicians on both sides of the fence and their cronies are accused of RAPING 
nature. Weather-weather lang iyan. Kahit sinong uupo kalimitan ay nagsasamantala.
