Dikes built in hundred island will take months to accomplish this and done before the eyes of the people of Barangay Lucap, before the eyes of Lucap Barangay officials, before the eyes of Municipal officials.
If this dike are illegal how could it be constructed blatantly?.
This scenario, if indeed illegal, sends a message that something is wrong. OH! I can’t believe it.
