Whoever approved the permits for these bangus fish pens should be punished to the full extent of the law (if there are any existing laws that prohibit erecting fishpond in the sea or ocean). Governor Espino should seriously look into this situation and dismantle all those fish pens.
By the way, I was born and raised in Alaminos and whoever did these to the beautiful Hundred Islands should be ashamed of himself/herself or themselves. I am mad as hell! They destroy the balance of ecology, they have no brains, all they can think of is PROFIT! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!
