Roberto “Bing Arcinue” was not a mayor of Lingayen in the past although he was a mayoralty candidate at least twice or more.
His brother Ramon also ran but also lost. That’s why his son John Rodney Arcinue ran for mayor in Sual. He turns out to be a very capable town executive. Too bad he is not a mayor of Lingayen, Sual’s gain and is Lingayen loss. Parang chemistry lang iyan gain or loss of electrons in the orbital.
The Arcinues belong to prominent Llamas clan in Lingayen and Dagupan, so are the Puzons, Amor, Hidalgo etc. One became mayor of Lingayen (Atty. Jesus Llamas kaya lang maiksi ang term niya after the war so I assume this is an appointed position.
Marami sa mga kapatid ko na kakilala ng mga pamilyang galing sa Llamas, mababait naman sila kaya lang hindi sila nakikisalamuha sa kanilang hindi ka-uri.
Kung gusto ninyong manalo sa Lingayen sana matutunan ninyong makisalamuha at makibagay sa mga tao so people would have better perception and understanding.
