No such thing in Constitution

I wrote a reply to you, Ms Lee, to show that I do not agree with everything the Church preaches. Nothing hurts me more than seeing hungry children that are being conceived although the parents cannot afford to feed them or being conceived without the love of the mother and father.
In your last post you said there is a law in the Philippine constitution regarding the separation of church and state. Wrong! What the Constitution of the Philippines states is that the Philippines cannot be a theocracy, i.e. create its own religion. The constitution also guarantees the right of its citizens, be he priest or layman, the right of free speech. Also, the constitution places the burden (duty) of finding employment on the individual, not the church nor the government.
Below are excerpts of Article IV and V of the Constitution of the Philippines:
Article IV
Section 8. No law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. The free exercise and enjoyment of religious profession and worship, without discrimination or preference, shall forever be allowed. No religious test shall be required for the exercise of civil or political rights
Section 9. No law shall be passed abridging the freedom of speech, or the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and petition the government for redress of grievances.
Article V
Section 3. It shall be the duty of every citizen to engage in gainful work to assure himself and his family a life worthy of human dignity.
Please read the constitution as it is written and not how you would like to interpret it.
