Greed of fish pen owners

Fishkill:
Since the fish pen owners are so greedy to the point that the entire river system is practically poisoned and the public is deprived of the river resources, I sincerely hope the fishkill will occur on a regular basis.
Better yet if some frustrated legitimate fishpond owners will have the guts to poison the entire river system so nobody benefits from the river environment.
