River Clean-up:

I really have no doubt that Governor Espino will perform what he had promised the people of Pangasinan. I salute the Governor, the head of Task Force Kalinisan Mr. Paterno Orduna, and the members and volunteers of the task force for protecting, restoring and giving back the rivers to the public.

It feels good to be from Pangasinan especially because the jueteng and fish pens are gone. Only illegal drugs remain and I believe it is not that difficult to stop for the Governor being a former police official.
