Traffic problem:
Para lumawak ng kaunti ang aking kaisipan Ms. Esquivel, sino ang gagastos ng kailangang solution sa traffic congestion created by the construction of the SM megamall? Madali ang magsabi na may solution sa lahat ng problema, pero saan kukuha ng pera para sa solution?
I believe impact mitigation is a cost that properly belongs to the developer, not the city. Palawakin ng kaunti ang kaisipan para hindi maisahan.
