Some say that SM in Dagupan will mean development. For whom? Henry Sy or the people of Dagupan?
As a resident of Dagupan, I am very exasperated with the worsening traffic in the city. Will SM’s presence reduce this incidence? If it will, then I am for it.
SM Tarlac now is causing so much traffic. Will SM Dagupan be any different?
Tama po iyung suhestyon na pag-aralang mabuti ang SM project. Development should not be equated with big buildings and presence of businesses from Manila.
