JDV encourages a computer in every home: That is pure and simple BS, Mr. former speaker. When you were speaker for several terms, why did you fail to provide the 55,000 classrooms with adequate sanitation facilities (toilet with running water) that was needed since 2005? If the school facilities are adequate, properly designed and constructed, then you can implement the CyberEd project-that is where you can install the computers for all the children to be taught the computers.

What have you done Mr. former speaker? Now you are telling BS again to your constituents in order for manay Gina to be reelected? You expect every household to operate and maintain a computer? Are you really for real or dreaming?

This looks like a plan for something to make money out of the people’s money.
