Is he morphing into GMA ordering dept heads not to appear 
before city council. If you submit to his whims and caprice then change his title to Mayor Emperador Benjie Lim and parade him around the city like the Emperor with no cloths. he!he!he!

Long live the king!!!!!! 
Lets see if he could dismantle the fishpens.
