More traffic is a good sign of increased economic activity and progress. Stopping it means stopping progress. It just needs to be managed not by stopping progress, obviously.
I think traffic is a sign of increasing economic activity and progress. So there is nothing wrong about traffic. What is wrong is we the people don’t see and anticipate progress that’s why we suffer the result of it. Traffic can be properly dealt with increased funds. Dagupan will not continue to be progressive, if we stop to progress. Otherwise others will. We cannot continue to provide for better basis services to Dagupenos if don’t increase public funds. And this is only through more funds brought about by progress.
We need continued progress in Dagupan in order to provide improved basic services to our fellow Dagupenos. In order to do this, let us welcome opportunities like SM who wants to come to Dagupan. For sure, they want profits but Dagupan will also benefit. It’s a win-win proposition.
