Rather than declaring Archbishop Oscar Cruz persona non grata, Gov. Espino and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan should declare war on the jueteng operators. So far all we have heard from Lingayen are rhetorics.

Evidence should be given that Gov. Espino, and his backers, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan are not part of the jueteng problem.

All the Gov. has to do is show us that some big time arrests and convictions are being made and it would prove that the good bishop was just talking through his miter.
