Indeed the Socony location is the best location for accessibility, and in spite of the sites need for large amount of backfill to elevate the site, the additional advantages are cheaper real estate and availability of closer source of backfill and other construction materials such as gravel from Bugallon and Sual.
The proximity of the on-going Sual seaport is another advantage for shipping of merchandise.
