Kalikasan is for everyone. I could not agree more.
Ex- Governor Agbayani’s attempt to register a large swath of public land in his family’s name should be stopped. A case is now pending at RTC lingayen. The land is located at Pangapisan, Lingayen. It is shoreline accretion and cannot be subject to ownership by the adjacent property owner unlike in riverbeds. Even the DOJ entered its opposition appearance.
People representation should be closely monitored. Many indigent families were removed from the property to clear the title processing.
