Dear Mr. Jeremias Andrade,
That poorly built/planned JDV Highway Extension someday will collapse with its sign “JDV Highway” washed away with it. A great opportunity to put up the sign “Ermin Garcia Sr. Memorial Highway”.
I don’t want it to collapse but if its poorly planned then the potential of disaster is there. I don’t understand why those in power did not like it named “Ermin Garcia Sr. Memorial Highway’.
If they are not re-elected I am willing to join a group to resurrect the attempt to honor a great Pangasinense–Ermin Garcia Sr.
