Indeed the severe change in weather pattern is something to think about, not only in the Philippines but worldwide.
The most significant change in the western Pacific is not only the temperature but drastic change in the “typhoon alley” (formation of low pressure area) which usually originates east of Guam. If ever a low-pressure area forms east of Guam, it will never develop into a typhoon or super typhoon until it passes Guam, unlike before.
I monitored “all low pressure formation to super typhoons” that passes or around Guam since NOAA shows the satellite images of the low pressure or the “eye” on the Internet.
I saw how the technology has evolved into perfection as applied to controlling weather patterns. Have you ever heard of “Weather modification, Weather manipulation, or weaponization of space, or HAARP”? Google it and think about it. Here is one: http://www.mefeedia.com/news/23937443
