Clean the rivers too!

JDV’s fishpond modernization:
I believe the so-called modernization must be simultaneous with the cleaning up of the water supply from the rivers in order to be effective. No matter what modern technology will be applied if the growing environment (water supply) is polluted, the advances from such technology will never happen or becomes less effective.
Dr. Rosario should advise JDV to allocate some money for the dismantling of all the fish pens, dredging and cleanup of all the rivers for a productive water supply.
