Dr. Jeremias Andrade Carrera

It never ceases to amaze me how people can read something yet can take only something out of context that they may agree or disagree with. I wrote, “Dr. Carrera, if the situation in the Philippines is to be corrected, it is up to us to try to move the Philippines forward. This cannot be done by bitching about the corruption that exists.” I further went on to cite examples of what can be done. Read what is written not what you want to be written. As far as stupidity, please look in the mirror.

Regarding the city election, with the election of Ben Lim as mayor Dagupan is once again on the right tract.
