Quit a stressful job

If I were you it can be stressful. You’ll be working your butt off & the recognition is not there, then it is time to move on. There is no room for advancement. If you are dreading every morning because you have to go to work & you get physically sick because your stressed out & can’t get along with the Mayor. It is time for you to find a new job.
Don’t start messing up your job in hopes of getting fired & create trouble rather than quitting. Don’t back mouth other employees in the hopes that it will get back to your boss. You can easily say that you can’t get along with others.
With a resignation, you’ll leave on good terms. Professionals should do it ahead of time by resigning because later, you won’t get the job done. There is no law that says you have to stay somewhere you don’t want to be, although 80% voted for you. But simply do it so you benefit from a great recommendation.
Don’t burn bridges in life; you never know you will have to cross it again. Is it worth coming in to work everyday & deal with someone who constantly makes your 8 hours of work unbearable. While it can be tempting to stay, it really is in your best interest to leave that job. By coming into a hostile work environment everyday will drive you crazy.
If you’re working for one person who makes life hard there after sometime it will weigh on you & you will begin to be hostile back to the mayor & other co-workers who may not deserve it. What is worse is by working in that kind of situation all day. You are guaranteed to bring that attitude home with you & your will take it out on your family which is never a good thing.
Write your letter of resignation & then give it to the Dagupan Administration ASAP.
