Re: Dagupan is “best managed city”

Let us not forget what the past administration of Benjie Lim contributed to Dagupan City. Although there were some unexplained expenses during his term.

Nevertheless, let us not repeat the past mistakes instead, go forward and develop the city to the most highest service to the people.
