Maybe the Guam sun has begun to pickle your brain. It may be time to return to the Philippines more often. No, I do not consider it bitching when laws are being broken and you inform the authorities. I wonder what your wife or your other neighbors in Dadedo would do if your next door neighbor started raising pigs in their back yard? You probably wouldn’t do anything because according to you that is a “Filipino tradition.” I know that your Guamanian neighbors would raise hell.

By the way how did you manage to graduate from Pangasinan National High School? You must have slipped through the cracks.
