Re: GAB and Lims decry foul campaign tactics

I’m from Urdaneta City but for 20yrs I reside in Dagupan City. I consider myself neutral to politics here. It is just now that I am seeing political turmoil in Dagupan City.

Far for me to complain, but comparing the two… Benjie Lim created a much better Dagupan City than Al Fernandez.

Just my two cents.
