Re: Benjie Lim lauds “Bangus Festival”

The signature “thumb’s up” is not assurance of winning, but the past management of a leader done from his/her leadership skill and compassion he bestowed to the people of Pangasinan.

Needless to say the extravagance and expenses to beautify the city and the unexplained procurement and expenses of the lot in San Jacinto are leritimate issues.

But mowadays, leadership could be bought. Money talks. Mabuhay Pangasinense.
