Re: Battle Royale (Atty. Biason)

You forgot to include an undeclared candidate from your magnificent 8 who will try to gain
entry via the backdoor. If people could only see the writings on the
wall then you could see her like a shadow who will arrive stealthily
in the middle of the night when the whole nation is engulfed in chaos.

Here are some of the signs:
The previous AFP chief of staff was retired earlier for Gen. Ibrado
to to succeed and reach a mandatory retirement age so a former praetorian commander will be at the helm during this critical election period but could be trumped by a true patriot in the person of Gen. Verzosa. He will play
a very important and interesting role when time asks for it, he might
rise to the occasion.

Then, administration bets are complaining of not having enough funds while the bets for congress are getting enough campaign funds.

Do not underestimate a consummate politician especially when she is on a survival mode. She has a lot of aces in her hand and if the citizenry is not vigilant enough
she might succeed.
Hell bent on appointing the next Chief Justices who will perpetuate her influence in the highest court of the land.

While the Marcos Supreme Court was under
pressure due to perceived threat and intimidation the Arroyo court
does her every biding, whims and caprice with undue haste. Juicy positions await those favored few
and their families with connections to the power brokers in Malacanang (nothing new with transactional politics).

It reminds me of the two Joans of Ark in Supreme Court, Cecilia Munoz Palma for her dissenting opinion in the petition of Senator Diokno for habeas corpus forced the hands of the dictator to return the right and privilege of every citizen to be seen and presented in court against indefinite jail time. She was labeled “ingrata” by Justice Sec. Vicente Abad Santos.

The other is Justice Conchita Carpio Morales who dissented against the Chief executive power to appoint the next CJ. Solita Monsod even accuses them of intellectual dishonesty, others called them judicial prostitutes.

They acted in haste without any oral arguments and overturned a lot of established jurisprudence, and we rely on this court after the retirement of CJ Puno. Good Luck!!!!

The key ingredient to a successful presidential campaign is
Sec. Ronaldo Puno. He has uncanny ability to cling to the next person who will sit in Malacanang.
The cheating apparatus is still intact in the Comelec led by a former justice from Binmaley. They move swiftly against the opposition and go slow on her allies. Who will be the next \Garci and Lintang Bedol????

She knows how to seduce people with power.
While the massacre in Maguindanao is raging, she fiddles.
I would not be surprised if Andal Jr. becomes the sacrificial goat
and all the rest will be freed eventually. If he could mobilize the police force and the backhoe and the bulldozers by himself, to me that’s a tell-to-the-marines-stuff. This is a clear conspiracy, no ifs and buts.

The mechanism for cheating has began.
Whoever wins the presidency will be undermined by the one who wants to perpetuate oneself to power in whatever form and shape.
History will judge us not only for the things that we have done but also for the things that we failed to do.

BAYAN GUMISING KA!!!!
