Re: Half of fish pens in Dagupan are illegal
This is not new news. Everyone knows that all of the fish pens are illegal. What’s a worthy news is if the local government finally dismantles these fish pens that are destroying our rivers and making the quality of Bonuan Bangus not at par with what they use to be.
