Re: Nothing wrong with mediocrity
I enjoy reading the pros and cons of the nuclear plant proposal as expressed by our Kabaleyans like you, Ron, Jose, Edwin, Rodolfo, Jeremias, et al. The proposed plant needs more research and discussion for the costs, risks and benefits.
In dealing with any important matter in life, we have to take time studying it, balancing the negative and positive effects, doing some brainstorming, etc. I’m reminded of PTTA: Pray about it, Think about it, Talk about it, and then Act on it.
We also need more feedback from experts. The Bible reminds us: “For lack of guidance a nation falls, but many advisers make victory sure…. Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed” (Proverbs 11:14; 15:22).
