Re: GSIS reminds pensioners to file ARAS

I am writing in behalf of my Mom. She is in US right now and wants to renew her active status in GSIS. She tried accessing GVAPS using the telephone numbers 6329-760860 and 6328-847400 but in the last part of the instruction where she is supposed to hear the confirmation, a busy tone will be heard. She tried many times but still failed. Please help my Mom, so she can renew and receive her pension.
