Nuclear plant’s security factor

Mr. Samuel Bautista,
The government could not even secure the jailed Ampatuan’s in Mindanao so why would anyone in their right mind think they could guarantee the security of a nuclear power plant.
Could the good Congressman keep any whacko from the aviation capital of the country or state capitol to fly smack into the nuclear plant to start the chain explosion? Who could enforce the restricted air space of the nuclear power plant? The PAF with its vintage OV-10s?
Maybe until Governor Espino gets something like the Roman Emperor Imperial Guard dedicated to the nuclear plant could the people be assure of the security of the proposed nuclear plant. Understand during the Roman guards’ time they had the best intelligence of the known world.
But to have people experienced and knowledgeable run the plant would be cost prohibitive because we just do not have them. They have to be imported consultants right, SP board members?
