I want to know why the title of my father’s fishpond, Mr. Santiago D. Ynzon, in Naguilayan, Binmaley, Pangasinan was missing from your file and has completely disappeared.
Someone in your office changed the title to my brother’s name, Romeo Ynzon, who he bribed someone in your office.
Now that the Probate Judge in Branch 44, in Dagupan City wants a copy of my father’s title fishpond, it’s missing including the fake title of my brother.
If you cannot solve this problem with your people in your office who are corrupt, then I will file my complaint at DILG Secretary. I am one of the owners of that fishpond. I can’t believe the corruption going on in your office.
