Now I am deeply impressed by your lecture (9 Mar. post) on nuclear energy and your declaration that “It is safe” without any qualifications.

I believe you should be called “Dr. Edwin, the father of nuclear technology of the Philippines”. Congressman Coquangco will be the “Son of nuclear technology”.

With your expertise in nuclear technology, I believe you must be the principal-in-charge of the nuclear project in order for the Pangasinenses and the entire Filipino population to remove their fear of nuclear energy. Is it possible that your super brain is affected or maybe supplied by nuclear energy?

Once writers get to know who is Dr. Edwin, I believe they will be scampering to be appointed to write your official biography.
