Accountability is essential

Edwin,

You miss the point again as most of our regular SP poster had said time and again to you. First, the master chief of 7th Fleet last time I opened Navy Times is a Pinoy. I and the rest of Fil-Ams who have handled key positions in US are no exceptions.

Being on a plane with PRP problems may be acceptable with you but imagine yourself on the plane when the Christmas bomber was ready to blow his bomb. Don’t you want to catch him earlier if you can? It is too late to be with someone on a plane determined to blow themselves up. The fire triangle as you have learned in Navy has to be broken don’t you think?

But my point in my posting was, in order to have access to nukes, a PRP is required. The whole time you were in the Navy, were you ever given access to go down in the reactor area? Do you think that the access requirements could be followed to the letter with different set of management and result in a set of consequences if not followed? For inventory lapses, accountable people get fired. Restrictions with Mickey Mouse ID or requirement of reporting change in behavior of co-workers are strictly enforced.

Do not mix up smart people with pocket agendas or budgets. Why do you think Sangley Point, Clark, John Hay, San Miguel, and even Poro Point closer to your home look different now? We both agree there are real smart people running the show in all these facilities but do we both agree they had deteriorated since management had changed? Do we both have to guess why?

Do not bury yourself in the sand. Pakistan and your newfound savior North Korea or DPRK are a basket case even with your suggested nuclear technology.

Again do your research as most regular SP posters had advised you time and again.
