This message is for Mayor Resuello of San Carlos City:
First of all, you have 86 barangays and I’m always against guns. They issued and recalled shotguns to each barangay chairman because of lack of policemen in your city. And now you blame the return of cattle thieves because of lack of firearms.
It doesn’t make any sense to me that each barangay has its own barangay tanod. Did you also issue a pistol to these people? It’s a stupid idea to spend people’s money for a shotgun. Wake up Mayor Resuello.
