They may be able to repair and maintain the dredging machine, but how can the dredging can be done to fully restore the river to its original depths and widths when all the illegal fish pens block the river?
The machine is not being maintained and restored to operating condition because its operation will disrupt the illegal fishpens’ operation.
Those in power are being told by the illegal fishpen owners to “STAY” like a dog.
The so-called “decent Filipinos” will once again elect the same corrupt officials that allow the same problem to continue.
I believe most Filipinos, especially the politicians are now afflicted with the MLQ (Malfunctioning Leadership and Quackery) syndrome.
