If the findings on Pangasinan’s founding are based on assumptions, therefore not conclusive, then why print?
It’s overwhelmingly unbelievable why this so called . . . special committee . . . neglected an elementary procedure.
This is what should be done to get to the bottom of this hubbub.
I advise, zero in on Juan De Silva and you’ll find . . . the beautiful and convenient truth.
