Sual port better than airport

Re: Sual Port Project
This project appears more economically feasible and I suggest that this project be done fast in time for the Guam buildup (it has already started) and the money they will waste for the proposed NANI’s AIRPORT PROJECT can be put to better use for the improvement of the major highways and infrastructures in Pangasinan and in Alaminos.
Guam needs a lot of the basaltic rock, which is abundant in Sual (I know this because as a young boy, I worked at the Siwasiw sawmill of my brother in-law’s family in late 50’s) for the entire island’s road reconstruction for the U.S. Marine’s relocation from Okinawa.
I further suggest that a master plan be prepared to define the various zoning for the different industries around the port and the required infrastructures. Now we can easily identify the politicians who are only planning for their pockets and those that perform for the public good.
I salute Governor Spines for this undertaking and I hope that he keeps his promise to protect the environment.
