Re: Pangasinan’s founding

Well, you can’t reason with people, with an intellect the size of a grain of rice.

Even simple Spanish words are misinterpreted, by this special committee tasked to do research.

The founding, which can be easily found in the internet, was in 1611, when Pangasinan was made into Spanish colonial province not in 1580 . . . the governor-generalship of Juan De Silva.

If so, the founding of Pangasinan twice in 1580 and in 1611 . . . was politically impossible.

The simple reason; Governor General De Silva, was not that ignoramus to charter a province already done by his predecessor Penalosa.

The stupidity . . .

How can Espin-off sign a declaration, that even himself is not sure in its veracity?

Misinterpretation . . .

The word – alcaldia (ea) – meant not a province, but a . . . MAYORALTY, a term for an office of the mayor, governing a town not a province, because Pangasinan before chartering was only considered a . . . town.

Woe unto Pangasinan!

Surrounded by incompetent fools!
