Re: Nuclear power plant
Murphy’s Law = anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
Bakit kasi kayo mahilig mag-fastbreak ng mga resolution? Hindi ba ninyo alam na ibinoto kayo ng madlang tao para pangalagaan ang kanilang kapakanan?
This is a classic case of the mouth is faster than the brain. Ako naman ay naniniwala na may magandang layunin si Congressman Cojuangco kaya lang hindi pa po ito napapanahon.
The world’s oil reserve is not infinite, may hanganan po iyan kaya kailangan nating maging maagap so we could get alternative source of energy.
I am not against nuclear power per se, the question is, are we ready and prepared for it? Mr. Cojuangco is very passionate about his advocacy about nuclear energy just like Don Quixote going against the windmill. If he is really insistent then he could build it in Bugsuk Island located at the tip of Palawan where he could grow coconuts and pearls that glow in the dark labeled with biohazard signs.
As I mentioned in my previous article the risk outweighs the benefits. The people of Pangasinan are up in arms and you could fill their anger this coming election. This has become a big political issue. The teams of Mr. Agbayani and Lambino already voice their opposition, nanindigan na sila.
The silence of Guv Spines and Mr. Calimlim is anything but DEAFENING . We would like to hear it from this two honorable gentlemen. It is not too late for the vocals to issue a mea culpa.
Lahat tayo nagkakamali and I believe everybody needs a second chance. Pride comes before the fall ….. Guv Spines looks invincible at this time but this could be his Achilles heel. Remember the resolution was cooked under his nose, signed, too, by his brother.
Ask your candidates where they stand on this burning issue. Will you earn displeasure of Mr.Cojuangco or the voting populace. It is like you are now between a very hard object and a big boulder.
Murphy’s law says things will go wrong in any given situation if you give them a chance…
