District Engineer Rodolfo Dion’s Plea:

I fully agree with the district engineer’s complaint. These candidates must not do things that will waste people’s money.

It is really hard for Engineer Dion to budget for the clean-up of these candidates’ mess without sacrificing the other “most important expenses” of his office.

How about it, Mr. Candidate for Councilor in Dagupan City – REIMBURSE THE EXPENSES of District Engineer Dion!

Makisama naman tayo kay Engineer na nagmamalasakit para sa bayan. Hindi naman tayo baboy ah!
