Just plain stupid?

El Nino and San Roque Dam’s purposes, and proposed Nulear Power Plant:
Most Pangasinenses either have short memories, have the stomach to swallow the BS pronouncements and policies of their corrupt officials or just plain stupid.
What happened to the National Irrigation Administration’s project that was started long time ago at a cost of several billions, which supposedly will solve the problems of irrigation water supply, drinking water, and flooding?
Now that there is a projected power and water shortage, their stupid emergency solution is to build a nuclear power plant as if such project can be implemented like buying a small electric generator that can just be plugged in.
If the majority of Pangasinenses are not really stupid, then they must do something to stop the congressman, the provincial board and all of the other proponents of the nuclear power plants and they have several options to do it.
Of course, I hope there is no need to exercise the highest form of public service.
