Fast-tracked projects cause accidents

Re: A world record for incompetence
Mr. Eduardo Pontaoe,
When open and full disclosures are not used when bidding for projects, it will smell all the way to the source. When a supplier is named before the project specifications are written that means, it is in the millions isn’t it Ed? Who needs Westinghouse when Kedo could break Marcos’ 35 percent from Bataan?
Having stayed on nuclear ships and called it home for days without glowing in the dark, make me an advocate of nuclear power. But I also see the strong safety and security measures employed by those responsible for it. Most of the engineering project accidents come from fast-tracked projects. U.S. and Russians know it well during the cold war years in launching nuclear subs in haste. Results are dead sailors and subs still in the oceans.
Mr Rayos,
The provincial board’s vote was published in PhilStar for the 7 ayes, 2 abstain, and 1 opposed. PhilStar named names. Should have copied it and posted it here but in my haste to post I failed to do so. Using a new toy (laptop) and all my bookmarks are still with my old one otherwise I would have posted it now.
