Complete San Roque Dam components

Dear Mr. Soriano:
Anyone who offers ideas/solutions to avert the power and water shortage in such a short notice assuming that indeed there is a shortage is just plain BS.
So I will not be able to offer the best options/solutions you are asking for to avert the problem this season. However my ideas are basically the same as those ordinary thinking uncorrupted people and what the majority of posters have in mind.
There are many real experts in this field in the Philippines who can offer better solutions but most of them do not want to come out because it is a useless exercise with the present regime.
Before offering any options or solutions to the problem, let me ask the question instead: Do you think there will be any such problem if the other components of the San Roque project is completed at this time?
I believe there would have been no problems in Pangasinan had they completed the components ON TIME that will allow the dam to perform the various function it is designed for-power, irrigation, drinking water, and flood control.
More time for the project means more SOP, and no matter how you look at the water and energy problem, it boils down to CORRUPTION. El Nino is always used as an excuse just like the common peoples’ excuse for selling their votes by the corrupt politicians.
My idea is simple: Use all of the available natural resources including the San Roque Dam and complete the other components to be assured that indeed other solutions are needed.
Hindi pa natapos ang ibang parte ng San Roque project, nuclear project ang solution ng iba. Magkano ba?
