This nuclear plant, was it fast-tracked or fast-buck(ed) over a bowl of . . . pinapaitan?

The way the Pinoy do business should be admired.

How about a petition for the Guinness Book of World Records for incompetence?

Look at the The Benjie and Alvin, the Chipmunk’s dredging machine parked at Calmay River taking on water, rotting and the loan still has to be paid.

I hate to disagree on this nuclear plant.

I smell a rat!
