I have wondered about the unemployment stats in the Philippines because being reported at 7%, and US at 10% does not look right. You go down the streets of USA and no one is hardly around to talk to.
In the friendly streets in Pinas you see a lot of people just hanging around. They really have that low rate? Then if the rate is that low, why go abroad to work?
